By hiring me in the form of a freelance contract, private commission, or any other capacity in which monetary compensation is exchanged, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have both read and understood this document in its entirety.

➤ What I Offer

➊ I offer stylised character and creature artwork as headshot, halfbody, or fullbody portraits.

➋ I offer the creation of bespoke character and creature designs, including the concept and design process.

➌ I offer iterations on a character design, including alternate outfits, equipment, and physical features.

➍ I offer character and creature portraits based on existing character reference sheets so long as those references belong to the client and/or permission has been given by the original artist.

➤ What I Do Not Offer

➊ I do not offer to replicate or edit existing artwork that was not created by me.

➋ I do not offer to replicate another artist's style, characters or creature designs.

➌ I do not offer complex Mecha artwork or otherwise complex mechanical designs such as vehicles or spaceships.

➍ I do not offer complex backgrounds or otherwise complex landscape or building designs.

➎ I do not offer explicit, pornographic or otherwise NSFW artwork.

➤ Stipulations

➊ I am entitled to decline any Commissions that I do not feel comfortable accepting or completing, including but not limited to: artwork including hate speech/hate symbols, innappropriate or illegal content, or projects with rushed deadlines.

➋ I am entitled to block and blacklist individuals, groups and / or entities that break my Terms of Service.

➌ Work will begin your Commission after payment-in-full has been received. In situations where up-front payment is not feasable payment in installments may be discussed before work begins.

➍ Commissions costing £60 or less in value must be paid for up front before work begins.

➎ You are not entitled to a refund after the Commission has been completed and delivered under any circumstances.

➏ You are entitled to a partial refund (half of the Commission's total cost) if you wish to cancel your Commission, or if unforseen circumstances cause me to be unable to complete your commission. If work has not yet begun you are entitled to a full refund.

➐ Comissions will only be exported and delivered in JPEG and PNG format. Other file formats are optional and may be discussed.

➑ I do not consent to any of my work being uploaded, submitted or used in training AI image algorithms or AI-related purposes and activities.

➒ I do not consent to any of my work being claimed as your own, openly redistributed / used / sold / traded via crypto-centric and crypto-associated websites and activities, including, but not limited to, crypto-currencies, blockchains, NFTs or any other related activities or future activities in that medium.

➓ Private Commissions are for personal use only. If you wish to use your Commission for commercial purposes it must be disclosed beforehand and used only after a commercial fee has been paid and a commercial contract has been signed.

➤ Revisions

Major revisions desired for your Commission past a reasonable point, in such a case where I may be required to backtrack and / or undo a significant amount of progress, will result in a fee based on the amount of work that would need to be redone. Revision charges typically start at £30.

You will be provided with frequent updates about your Commission's progress, during this time it is your responsibility to inform me of any changes you would like made.

➤ Refunds

I do not give refunds under any circumstances after the Commission has been completed and delivered. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if it is requested when the Commission is almost complete; eg. I have begun the final rendering pass.

If you request a refund for your Commission before the final stages of work, you will receive half of what you have already paid. Along with your refund, I will provide you the unfinished artwork to do with as you wish.

Purposely issuing a chargeback without contacting me to request a refund will immediately result in your Paypal account and social media being blacklisted.
